We ran expos for 15 years before we wrote any code, so we have a fair idea how your week is going. The ticketing platform doesn't talk to the booth bookings. The floorplan is a PDF that was accurate in March. An exhibitor emails at 11pm asking to move stands and pay by invoice, and the morning before doors open you're merging exports from three systems just to find out what the event has actually made.

Expo Manager is the system we wished we'd had back then. Every part of the job in one place, and the money lands in your account, not ours.

Every way the event makes money, sold from one checkout

Tickets, booth space, power and furniture add-ons, sponsorship packages. One basket, one checkout, one report you can trust. When an exhibitor books stand D4 and adds power and two chairs, it lands in the same system as your ticket sales, so "how are we doing" takes a glance instead of an afternoon.

Get paid directly

Connect Stripe, Square or PayPal and payouts go straight to your account. We never hold your money. Card fees go to your gateway at your gateway's rates, and what happens at checkout is between you and your bank.

Run the day without the radio panic

The floorplan, agenda, staff roles and check-in live in the same place and update as the day unfolds. A speaker cancels at 8am, you change the agenda once, and everyone with the app sees the new version. The queue builds at the door, and more of your staff start scanning tickets.

Know what worked before you plan the next one

Revenue, attendance and engagement in live dashboards while the event runs, and the full picture afterwards. Which ticket types sold, which hours peaked, which sessions filled. Next year's plan gets built on numbers instead of memory.

Free for organizers, and we mean it

There is no subscription and no per ticket fee billed to you. You set a booking fee at checkout and decide how it works: attendees pay it on top, you absorb it in the ticket price, or you add a margin and turn it into a profit line. Plenty of events do.

We built the platform we always wanted back when we were the ones running the show.
